If they do not ship your product accidentally, to be fair, they will ship it out pretty fast.
Heaven help you, if by chance, due to no fault of your own, get delivered the wrong product that they don’t even sell! It will take you about two weeks to get it resolved. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Even though they have a wonderful product, customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
I had to store a very expensive item in my house for almost two weeks because they took that amount of time to resolve an issue of receiving a product that they don’t even sell. While I was within my legal rights to keep it, I believe in sowing and reaping or karma. I didn’t want to keep an almost $800 giant tablet. I contacted them immediately after I realized it wasn’t my product on August 10th.
Again to be fair, when they realized that I didn’t get my two boxes of tumblers, they did ship it out, but it wasn’t until this morning that I received a label to ship back a product that they don’t sell.
Almost two weeks of storage of an item! No apologies, no contact except when I forced the issue.
While I recommend the tumblers, I do not recommend the customer service.
My experience will have me looking for another vendor that sells this product. It’s likely that I won’t find as good of a product for a similar cost, but this experience throughly soured me on this company.
Use them with caution.

The shipping is super fast and the quality is great. Great pricing too. I did have one small issue that I emailed them about. Jeff responded so quickly resolved it and the issue was taken care of super quick. To be honest I wasnt sure it would be resolved, but wow it was resolved so fast.
My first order was 2 cases of 25 tumblers and I am placing my second order of 2 cases today.
