I usually love everything from Promowares. It’s a great price for the 40 oz, and I liked that the handles were already off the tumbler, but several 5-7 of the handles were broken therefore I can’t sell to my clients. Now I’m looking for replacement handles. The individual boxes were damaged so bad I can’t put the tumblers back in them. At first I thought they were damaged in transit, but the main box was in perfect shape.
