... read more I highly recommend PromoWare Sublimation Tumblers. I bought some of the Bluetooth Speaker Tumblers and I sublimated them. They look so good and my clients love them. I bought some 20 oz. skinny tumblers too. If they sublimate as good as the Bluetooth Speaker Tumblers, they'll be amazing, as well.

... read more love, love, love these tumblers. They have been a huge hit in my shop and I've even had repeat customers that order for their friends once they receive theirs. The shipping is super fast and the quality is great. Great pricing too. I did have one small issue that I emailed them about. Jeff responded so quickly resolved it and the issue was taken care of super quick. To be honest I wasnt sure it would be resolved, but wow it was resolved so fast. My first order was 2 cases of 25 tumblers and I am placing my second order of 2 cases today.

... read more I've order a few times from this company and the tumblers were what I expected and I was very happy. This last order I received, the paper is sticking to the tumblers, which means that they are not fully cured. We do powder coating, so I know I need to bake them for a few minutes to fully cure and then they will be fine to use. When you order 4 boxes, that isn't all that much fun to do and adds quite a bit of time, which I'm not happy about. I was emailed asking about my order, so I explained what I just wrote above and the response was, Thank you for the email. Hope you will find a solution soon. I will not be ordering from this company again. That is not the kind of customer service I expect.

... read more The tumblers are wonderful. They make beautiful tumblers and are delivered pretty quickly. If they do not ship your product accidentally, to be fair, they will ship it out pretty fast. Heaven help you, if by chance, due to no fault of your own, get delivered the wrong product that they don’t even sell! It will take you about two weeks to get it resolved. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Even though they have a wonderful product, customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I had to store a very expensive item in my house for almost two weeks because they took that amount of time to resolve an issue of receiving a product that they don’t even sell. While I was within my legal rights to keep it, I believe in sowing and reaping or karma. I didn’t want to keep an almost $800 giant tablet. I contacted them immediately after I realized it wasn’t my product on August 10th. Again to be fair, when they realized that I didn’t get my two boxes of tumblers, they did ship it out, but it wasn’t until this morning that I received a label to ship back a product that they don’t sell. Almost two weeks of storage of an item! No apologies, no contact except when I forced the issue. While I recommend the tumblers, I do not recommend the customer service. My experience will have me looking for another vendor that sells this product. It’s likely that I won’t find as good of a product for a similar cost, but this experience throughly soured me on this company. Use them with caution.

... read more I ordered 25 glass cans and the order came SO quickly. Not only did it come with plastic but metal ones as well which I wasn’t aware of (maybe I didn’t read enough haha). Anyway they’re for sublimation but I will be using them for uv-dtf. The biggest positive about these glasses were how clear they are. I ordered some off of Amazon just to sample something and in comparison the Amazon ones are so foggy!! 10/10 get your cups here.
